General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, reservations, and contracts concluded between COM Vietnamese Kitchen (hereinafter referred to as the "Restaurant") and its guests, both in the restaurant on-site and via telephone or digital orders. Deviating terms and conditions of guests are not recognized unless the Restaurant expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made by phone, email or via our online platform.

  • Reservations are only binding after confirmation by the restaurant.

  • In case of late arrival, we reserve the right to reassign the reserved table after 15 minutes.

  • Group reservations of 8 or more people may require a deposit.

3. Orders & Food

  • All dishes are freshly prepared according to the restaurant's recipes.

  • We try to accommodate changes and special requests, but cannot guarantee them in every case.

  • Allergens and additives are indicated on the menu. Guests are required to inform the service staff of any intolerances or allergies.

  • The presentation of the dishes in pictures or texts may differ from the actual product.

4. Preise & Zahlung

  • The prices shown on the menu are in euros.

  • All prices include VAT.

  • Payment can be made in cash, by debit/credit card or via the accepted digital payment methods.

  • Separate prices and delivery charges may apply for takeaway/delivery orders.

5. Vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

  • Cash payment of vouchers is excluded.

  • Vouchers can only be redeemed for food and drinks in the restaurant.

6. Cancellations

  • Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

  • In case of no-show or short-term cancellation (less than 24 hours), we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, especially for group reservations.

7. Liability

  • Das Restaurant haftet nicht für verlorene oder beschädigte Gegenstände der Gäste.

  • Für gesundheitliche Beeinträchtigungen aufgrund nicht angegebener Allergien oder Unverträglichkeiten übernimmt das Restaurant keine Haftung.

  • Für Schäden, die durch Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit des Restaurants verursacht werden, haftet dieses nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

8. House rules

  • Guests must follow the house rules and the instructions of the staff.

  • Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.

  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

9. Data protection

  • Personal data collected as part of reservations or orders will be used exclusively for contract processing and will not be passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

10. Final provisions

  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

  • Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

  • The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Bochum, to the extent permitted by law.
